Do you accept referrals at a 25% fee, paid at closing? *

A 25% referral fee at closing is the standard arrangement for the network. If that's a dealbreaker, we likely aren't a fit — but feel free to note your terms in the comments below.

Responsiveness agreement

The whole model depends on referred clients being contacted fast and kept warm. These aren't contracts — just the working expectations for every partner.

I'll make first contact with any referred client within 24 hours (sooner when I can). *

I'll keep John posted at the key milestones — first contact, showings, offer, and closing. *

I'll treat referred clients as my own and represent the referral relationship professionally. *
